To celebrate the launch of the International Vegan Culinary Society, Gentle Gourmet Restaurant and Gentle Gourmet Institute is organizing an exceptional gastronomic day at the Domaine de Broc Fontaine in Normandy, home of our vegan and organic kitchen garden and Vegan Culinary Institute.
The International Vegan Culinary Society (IVCS) is a global network of vegan culinary professionals founded in Paris, whose mission is to promote the establishement of a vegan culinary culture and to strenghten the presence of veganism in the food industry by fostering a new dynamic and interconnectedness between vegan food entrepreneurs.
Lunch, dessert bar, vegan wine and cheese, speeches and live music in the presence of vegan actors of change.
12:00 PM – Cocktail in the garden and presentation of IVCS
1:30 PM – Lunch
3:00 PM – Concert by Jan’s Club at the Fontaine
( vocals, piano, violin and percussion)
4:00 PM – Dessert table and tea-time
5:30 PM – Closing and a little surprise
