Individual Approach to Each Student

While delivering a fine-tuned, comprehensive chef-oriented culinary training program, Gentle Gourmet’s instructors highlight each students individual culinary project through personalized additions to what is taught.  Understanding the project is established during the first week of class and one-on-one meetings take place to help the student advance more rapidly and more efficiently  towards achieving the objectives necessary to realizing that project.

Gentle Gourmet has over 15 years of experience in  vegan event planning, restaurant, catering, food production, private chef and consulating for high-end clients and culinary instruction for both private and professional students . This experience has provided us with the knowledge and know-how to help students plan out their own succesful path.
